Fearing that her son, Georg Philipp, could slide socially if he was so intensively involved with music, his mother summarily forbade him from working in music. She said he would end up as a "groundhog leader." It turned out differently.

Helene Schulthess plays a wooden flute from the Harry Gosse studio in Titisee-Neustadt (Germany).
